MFT New Product Tour - Meeting People Halfway

It's finally time...all the new MFT products are available in the Brand Spankin' New section.

I used Inspired by Travel for my card tonight. The images in this set are gorgeous and the sentiments are so inspiring. I decided on the cruise ship and paired it with the Deconstructed Sketch, DS54.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured it very simply with copic markers. I love that the shading is already incorporated into the stamped image. Then I cut out the image with my Circle 1 STAX  Die-namics and stitched it to a circle of Fossil card stock which I cut out with my Circle 2 STAX Die-namics. I chose patterned papers from the October Afternoon Boarding Pass paper pad, because it just doesn't get any better than maps for a travel themed card, and wrapped some Flax Twine around the map layer.

On the inside I stamped one of the sentiments from the set and used the Hexagons Die-namics to coordinate perfectly with one of the other patterns from the Boarding Pass collection.
