A Friend's Hug {MFTWSC94}

It's time to get sketchy with the MFT Wednesday Stamp Club and sketch 94.

It's been a while since I've used a Who's That Girl? image for a Wednesday Stamp Club sketch, but this week, when I flipped through my stamps looking for 'the one', Who's That Girl? Get's Cozy with Cocoa spoke to me.

I chose fun patterned paper from the Bella Blvd Christmas Wishes collection and paper pieced her scarf and gloves. The rest of the image was coloured with copic markers. I used one of the sizes in the Circle 2 STAX Die-namics to cut out the image and the Small Scallop Border Die-namics was perfect for cutting out the Sweet Tooth accent on the left edge of the heart paper.

For the element in the lower right corner of the sketch I used the Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX Die-namics (the smallest size) to cut out the polka dot paper and added a snowflake from the Let It Snowflakes Die-namics, which I covered with Star Dust Stickles for lots of sparkle. The base layers are Pink Lemonade and Sour Apple card stocks.

I love the sentiment I stamped on the inside and added a heart which I cut out with the Hearts a Plenty Die-namics.

Here are all the sketchy details:
There's a prize each week for one participant, chosen at random. You may use any stamps and supplies that you wish. Each week a keyword is assigned to the sketch, and this week's keyword is MFTWSC94. All you need to do to enter is upload your card to the gallery at Splitcoast and enter the given keyword in the keyword box during the upload process. After the deadline (noon Eastern on Tuesday) we randomly choose a winner from that week's entries and the winner will receive a $15 gift voucher. If the winning card uses MFT stamps, the participant will earn a $5 bonus, for a total of a $20 gift voucher!

Be sure to head over to the MFT Blog to view the entire list of design team participants...there's plenty of inspiration for you with today’s sketch!
