MFTeaser - BIG Impact

Welcome to day three of seven fabulous days of MFT teaser!

Today I'm sharing a project I created with this month's Triple Scoop Set, Big Greetings. This is a fun set in typewriter font and covers a range of different occasions. The sentiments are big enough to take center stage on a card, which is how I used it here.

I cut out the main panel from Fossil card stock using the Oval Decorative Doily Die-namics and stamped the sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black. I wanted to highlight the word "BIG" so I stamped it again onto patterned paper and cut it out then added it to the sentiment. I used the largest size of the Oval STAX Set 2 Die-namics to cut out the Hot Fudge oval then embossed it with the polka dots embossing folder. Isn't it wonderful how the new Oval STAX Die-namics layer so perfectly with the oval doilies!!! The patterned papers are from the Bo Bunny Gabrielle collection and the layout is SC374, with a little addition of the horizontal strip, which I cut from Fossil card stock using the Mini Monarch Border Die-namics.

The gorgeous flower was cut out using the Royal Rose Die-namics and I added a brown brad to the center. I few loops of fine hemp cord are the perfect accent behind the flower.

On the inside I stamped another sentiment from Big Greetings and added some pretty scallop photo corners, which I cut out using the Photo Corners Die-namics.

In case you don't know, the Triple Scoop is a full size stamp set which changes monthly, and it's yours FREE with a qualifying order!!

It was great to see the Triple Scoop "Big Greetings" Set put to use on this beautiful card! Also, I really like the way you accentuated the Royal Rose Die-namic by adding a brad to the center, and looping the hemp cord behind the flower (instead of leaving it bare, or going with the traditional flourish- which, BTW, I still _love_)!
