Snow Swirled Season's Greetings

This is my card for last week's Sketch Challenge (SC205) on Splitcoast. It was an awesome sketch to work with...lots of image possibilities with this one. I'm sure I'll be using it again in the future.

This is an "all SU" card, except for the nesties...I just couldn't resist!

The card base is Baja Blue, then a layer of Chocolate Chip with distressed edges. The patterned paper is from the Ski Slope pack...love it!!! I pierced along the edges of the patterned paper and added the red rhinestone brads for a little bling.

The focal image and greeting are from the Snow Swirled set. The snowflake was stamped with Baja Blue.
The greeting was stamped with Chocolate craft ink and embossed with clear powder. I wanted it to have a little shine so it would 'pop'. I finished it off with a mini library clip (they've been hanging around forEVER so it's time I start using them) and a piece or Ridinghood Red taffeta ribbon. I know the colours say this paper coordinates with real red, but the real red ribbon seemed way too bright to me.

Thanks for stopping by!
