I decided to work with the Christmas Ornaments stamp and die-namics set. I had this idea in my head as soon as I saw the die-namics and I'm quite pleased that it came to fruition just as I'd imagined. I kept the layout super simple and used the FTL163 sketch.
The dimension on these ornaments is fabulous but the best part is they'll fold down flat for mailing (no extra postage...yay!). And they were super easy to make too. For each ornament I cut out four of the same ornament, then just folded them in half, adhered the sides together, and stuck them to the card base. Then I stamped the hanging string and sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black and added black rhinestones to the string for a little sparkle. I finished the ornaments with a kraft hanger and three tiny twine bows. The patterned paper is My Mind's Eye Holly Jolly.
Here are the die-namics I used:
This is card #33 for my Project Christmas 2011. :-)
Thanks for stopping by!
