Happy Holidays {MFTWSC155}

It's time to get sketchy with the MFT Wednesday Stamp Club and sketch 155.

I was a few cards short when I got to the end of my Christmas card mailing list so I used this week's sketch to whip up some simple cards. The sketch seems so simple but I had quite a few different ideas for it. In the end, I went with simple because I needed to make a few of the same card (which is not my favorite thing to do).

I started with a Sweet Tooth card base then added a layer of Sno Cone. I used the Darling Dots stamped with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink for the snowy dots in the background. Then I used the Tree Lines Die-namics to cut out the Jellybean Green trees. I used the exact same die to cut out the Sweet Tooth hill then just snipped off the trees. I covered the trees with Stickles for some holiday sparkle.

On the lower part of the card I used the Snow Drifts Die-namics to cut out the Kraft layer. I stamped the sentiment from Snowflake Splendor using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink and finished the card with some Sno Cone grosgrain ribbon.

I tell ya, this one was quick and easy! Exactly what I needed to finish off my mailing list.

Hello {MFTWSC154}

Look at me go with two sketch cards in a row! Now I'm all caught up because this card uses the current MFT Wednesday Stamp Club sketch 154.

I started with a Sweet Tooth card base and built the card on the Kraft Layer.

The flowers were cut from Smooth White card stock using the Grand Peaceful Wildflowers Die-namics. I stamped the coordinating images from Grand Peaceful Wildflowers using Grapesicle, Pink Lemonade, and Factory Green Premium Dye Inks. I mounted the flowers with foam tape for dimension and tied a Hemp Cord bow.

I added pattern to the Kraft panel by using the Damask Designs stamped with Natural Premium Dye Ink. Then I added the sentiment, stamping it three times using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. The Grapesicle scallop was cut out using the Simply Scallops Medium Die-namics.

For the tab element I used the Mini Tabs Foursome Die-namics to cut out the Pink Lemonade tab, then I added two Sweet Tooth buttons tied with Hemp Cord.

Merry & Bright {MFTWSC153}

Happy Friday!!!

I can't believe I've fallen more than a week behind with the MFT Wednesday Stamp Club sketches. Sheesh…where does the time go?

My card today is for last week's sketch 153.

I have a brand new paper pad of Authentique Bundle collection that I haven't even cut into yet so it was high time to use it. I also used MFT Whip Cream, Chocolate Brown and Razzle Berry to compliment the patterned paper.

I used the Blueprints 8 Die-namics to cut out the brown scallop and the green sentiment strip. The sentiment from Ornament Banner Builder was stamped using Chocolate Brown Premium Dye Ink. I used the Let It Snowflake Die-namics to cut out the Whip Cream snowflake then I covered it with Stickles for some sparkle.
