I thought Cupcake Flopsey from MFT would look great in the circle. I stamped him with Memento black onto Gina K pure luxury cardstock then got to work colouring him with my copics. I stamped the cupcake a second time, cut it out and popped it with dimensionals. I had visited my LSS, Right At Home Scrapbooking, earlier in the day and picked up this fabulous paper from My Mind's Eye, along with some turquoise Stickles which add the perfect bling to the cupcake. Flopsey is cut out with nesties and layered onto a scallop of Taken with Teal.
The card base is 5.25" square. The patterned paper is layered onto a square of Kraft cardstock and I pierced all around the edge. There's plenty of bling on this card...the blue dots are Aqua Bonbons from Stamping Bella and the rhinestones around the circle are from Hero Arts.
I opted not to add a sentiment and placed some flowers and a button instead. Really, it's cause I couldn't get the sentiment to look right, at least not the sentiment I really wanted to use, anyway. ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
