I was a few cards short when I got to the end of my Christmas card mailing list so I used this week's sketch to whip up some simple cards. The sketch seems so simple but I had quite a few different ideas for it. In the end, I went with simple because I needed to make a few of the same card (which is not my favorite thing to do).
I started with a Sweet Tooth card base then added a layer of Sno Cone. I used the Darling Dots stamped with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink for the snowy dots in the background. Then I used the Tree Lines Die-namics to cut out the Jellybean Green trees. I used the exact same die to cut out the Sweet Tooth hill then just snipped off the trees. I covered the trees with Stickles for some holiday sparkle.
On the lower part of the card I used the Snow Drifts Die-namics to cut out the Kraft layer. I stamped the sentiment from Snowflake Splendor using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink and finished the card with some Sno Cone grosgrain ribbon.
I tell ya, this one was quick and easy! Exactly what I needed to finish off my mailing list.
Here are the supplies I used:
