MFTeaser - Season's Greetings

Welcome to day two of seven fabulous days of MFT teasers!

On my card today I've used Snowflake Splendor (which you saw on the MFT blog yesterday) along with the new Mona Pendleton Designs Starry Christmas stamp set. All the new products will be available in the MFT Boutique on October 8th at 10pm EDT.

I'm loving the Grapesicle and Nightshift Blue colour combination I used on my last couple of cards so I stuck with it again today. I promise I'll move on to other colours soon though, because variety is the spice of life! This is card number 20 for Project Christmas 2013.

I started with a Sweet Tooth card base then added layers of Nightshift Blue and Grapesicle. I cut a piece of Smooth White to size then stamped the snowflakes from Snowflake Splendor using Grapesicle Premium Dye Ink, Sno Cone Premium Dye Ink, and Nightshift Blue Premium Dye Ink. I cut it into four quadrants for a little more interest.

For the main panel I stamped the tree from Mona Pendleton Designs Starry Christmas with versamark ink then heat embossed it with silver powder. I stitched it onto a layer of Sno Cone.

The sentiments in Starry Christmas are just the right size and the font is beautiful, so I gave the sentiment the same treatment as the tree with silver embossing powder. I used the Small Scallop Border Die-namics to cut out the Sno Cone scallop and stitched it in place.
