Sweet Sunday Cuppie

It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC45. You'll find the sketch on Karen Giron's blog, The Sweetest Thing.
I knew this layout would be perfect to show off an adorable Cuppie from the new Sweet Indulgence set available at Taylored Expressions.

I decided on Cuppie on the lounger because it is just SO perfect with the fabulous sentiment, which reads "I'm good enough, I'm sweet enough, and doggone it people love me!". Isn't that the truth...cupcakes are such wonderful little creations!!!

I started by stamping Cuppie with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream. I paper pieced the lounger then coloured the rest of the image with copics. I added a little Fruit Punch Stickles to Cuppie's cherry and I coated the cup and saucer with my clear Glaze pen. All the papers, cardstock and flowers are from the Spa Key Ingredients. I added a little stitching along the edges of the patterned panel and used my Apron Lace border punch to jazz up the pink strip.

Let's see what the other Sweet Sunday Stampers created with this fun sketch!

Thanks for stopping by!
Karen
