Happy Mother's Day

It's teaser time at My Favorite Things and we've switched things up a little so be sure to hop over to the MFT Blog and read all the wonderful details. Trust me...you want to know!!!

All the new products will be available for purchase in the MFT Boutique on April 9th at 10pm EST. I have a clean and simple card to share that I created using the new Sweet Roses stamp set.

I used FTL235 for the layout. The card base is Sweet Tooth, then I layered Black Licorice and Kraft card stock.

I stamped the solid flower image with Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink onto Smooth White card stock. Then I stamped the flower outline with Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I used a black copic multiliner to draw the stem then I stamped the solid leaves with Factory Green Premium Dye Ink and the leaf outline with Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. Along the edge of the card I stamped one of the images with Border It - Mod Borders using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.

I used the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics to cut out the Factory Green card stock, stitched it in place and stamped the sentiment from Sweet Roses.

On the inside I mimicked the layout using more elements from Sweet Roses along with the coordinating Roses and Leaves Die-namics.

Here are the supplies I used:
