Today I made a card using the sketch for the My Favorite Things February Guest Designer Contest. I'm hoping to inspire you to play along because the prize is A-mazing!!! Read all the details on this thread on Splitcoast.

I used à la modes Picture Perfect for the main image and started with a card base of Sweet Tooth. Then I layered on some Kraft and Orange Fizz (which I ran through my modern wallpaper embossing folder). I seem to be loving orange lately. The patterned paper panel is from the Echo Park Everyday Eclectic collection.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-Press It Blending Card then coloured it with copic markers. I used the Circle 1 STAX Die-namics to cut out the image panel, then used the Circle 2 STAX Die-namics to cut out the Blu Raspberry layer.

The Cute Cameras Die-namics seemed like a no-brainer as an accent for the image and I added a couple coats of clear glaze pen to the lens. The big "smile" sentiment is from the Document It - Captured Memories set and I stamped it with Kraft Premium Dye Ink onto Sweet Tooth cardstock.

I used the Double Scallop Border Die-namics to cut out the Sweet Tooth accent along the bottom of the card.

On the inside I simply stamped one of the sentiments from à la modes Picture Perfect using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
