Today is à la modes day and I made a sweet card using à la modes Polished to Perfection. I {heart} nail polish and I have quite a little collection of colours, and I totally love the names of the OPI colours.
I went the pink route with my card, using papers from the Carta Bella Paris Girl paper pad paired with Pink Lemonade and SU sahara sand.
The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured with copic markers. I added two coats of clear glaze pen to the bottle to make it shiny. I used the Vertical Greetings Die-namics to cut out the polka dot layer behind her.
I used the new Double Dot Border Die-namics to cut out the white strip and layered it onto striped paper. Then I tied some Blossom Twine around it to tie in the pink a little more. The flower was cut out with the Layered Rose Die-namics and I added a Razzle Berry Button to the center. The layout is Mojo242.
On the inside I stamped the image again with Memento Angel Pink then added a sentiment from the set. I love how the Double Dot Border Die-namics looks cut out of striped paper!!
