This release is almost all about Christmas...my very favourite card-making occasion, so I'll be adding plenty of cards to my Project Christmas 2013 stash. This is number 19.
All the new products will be available in the MFT Boutique on October 8th at 10pm EDT.
I'm a huge fan of snowmen so I couldn't resist using the new Pure Innocence Trim the Branches Snowman. Isn't he adorable!!! I went with a clean and simple layout and let him take the spotlight. I started with a Sweet Tooth card base then added a layer of Sno Cone. I added a layer of Nightshift Blue stitched to the image panel.
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-Press It Blending card and coloured him with copic markers. Then I created a mask so I could stamp the small snowflake from the new Lisa Johnson Designs Snowflake Splendor, using Sno Cone Premium Dye Ink. The small snowflake is actually in a cluster of three snowflakes but I cut them apart so I could use them separately.
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from Pure Innocence Trim the Branches Snowman using the new Nightshift Blue Premium Dye Ink and stamped the snowman again using Sno Cone Premium Dye Ink.
Be sure to hop over to the MFT Blog for a list of today's participating designers and for the amazing prize info!!!
Here are the supplies I used:
