Today I created card number 21 for Project Christmas 2013 using the fun new Sunny Day Doodles Sweet Christmas and the fabulous Tree Lines Die-namics. All the new products will be available in the MFT Boutique on October 8th at 10pm EDT.
I started with a Kraft card base and built the card right on the base.
I used the Tree Lines Die-namics to cut out two Smooth White snowy tree hills, then I used the same Tree Lines Die-namics to cut out the trees again from Sour Apple and the new Timber Green card stock. I cut the green trees off the hills and adhered them over the white trees. It hasn't snowed recently in my little scene so the trees aren't all covered in snow. I did add a line of Distress Dry Glitter at the base of the trees for a little sparkle though.
The sentiment is from the new Sunny Day Doodles Sweet Christmas and I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black. Then I coloured it very simply with copic markers.
I really love how this card turned out! It's clean and simple and best of all, flat for mailing!!!
Be sure to hop over to the MFT Blog for a list of today's participating designers and for the amazing prize info!
