Today is all about chocolate with the delicious Chocolate Sentiments stamp set. All the new products will be available in the MFT Boutique on May 7th at 10pm EST.
I paired this new stamp set with the brand new Blueprints 3 Die-namics to create this sweet card. I started with a Sweet Tooth card base then added a layer of Kraft. I used the large base layer from Blueprints 3 Die-namics to cut out the Pink Lemonade layer. I used the heart from Chocolate Sentiments, stamped with white chalk ink, to jazz up the top half of the pink layer and I used the chevron from Border It - Mod Borders, stamped with Pink Lemonade Premium Dye Ink, to add pattern to the bottom half of the pink layer. Then I used the narrow strip from Blueprints 3 Die-namics to cut out three strips of Hot Fudge card stock. I followed one of the sketches MFT provides with the Blueprints 3 Die-namics for my card.
I used the circle element to cut out the Kraft circle and also to cut out another Sweet Tooth circle. Then I stamped the sentiment from Chocolate Sentiments with Hot Fudge Premium Dye Ink and trimmed down the piece. I used the scallop element from Blueprints 3 Die-namics to cut out the Hot Fudge scallop, layered it under the sentiment then trimmed it to size. I used the bow from Blueprints 3 Die-namics to cut out the Sweet Tooth felt bow (backed with Sweet Tooth cardstock for more stability) then added a Sweet Tooth button tied with Hemp Cord.
On the inside I stamped another sentiment from Chocolate Sentiments and added more die cut elements using the Blueprints 3 Die-namics.

ReplyDeleteI love the fact that when I read your post, I discover all kinds of things I didn't see when I just looked! Like the white hearts at the top and please tell me when you back your felt with cardstock for stability, do you glue it together first and then die-cut it? And I think I remember you saying "the best glue ever", right? You know I love chocolate so am loving this card!
