My card today is for the Scor-Pal challenge and I went the 'Oodles of Folds' route. I used my Scor-Pal to create the pleated paper panel (a technique I learned in the Clean and Simple 2 Online Card Class I recently took).
I started with a card base of Whip Cream cardstock then added a layer of Kraft and another layer of Whip Cream. The pleated panel is Grape Jelly cardstock and I layered it onto a Steel Grey panel.
I used my Designer Labels 1 STAX Die-namics to cut out the Kraft panel for the image, which is from the Sew Nifty stamp set from My Favorite Things. I stamped the image with Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink then added a little sparkle along the scroll thanks to my Gelly Roll glitter pen.
I stamped the sentiment (it's actually a two-line sentiment but I wanted it all on one line, which is easy to do because the stamps are clear) onto a strip of Whip Cream, trimmed the ends, then stitched it onto the image panel.
For a little something extra I used the Sew Nifty Die-namics to cut out the scissor charm from Steel Grey, coloured it with my Gelly Roll glitter pen, then attached it to the card with a Hemp Cord bow.
On the inside I stamped another sentiment from Sew Nifty then added the dress form stamped with Kraft Premium Dye Ink
Here are the supplies I used:
