I paired the Bellarific Friday sketch 20 challenge with the Paper Players PP115 Tic Tac Toe challenge. Apparently I don't know how to play tic tac toe though, because I chose Birthday, colours yellow and grey, and an element repeated three times (polka dots). Doh!! That doesn't make a straight line. But I added ribbon according to the sketch and all is good in Tic Tac Toe land. Phew! :-)
I stamped Uptown Girl Claudia had a Candy with Memento Tuxedo Black and coloured her with copic markers. I used patterned papers from the My Mind's Eye Breeze collection, which are all yellow, grey and black, so they couldn't be more perfect! I love her polka dot dress and I dotted the bottom with yellow rhinestones. I cut out the image and Steel Grey layer with my Square 1 & Square 2 STAX Die-namics and used my Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics for the sentiment. A little stitching and some Steel Grey grosgrain ribbon and this card was done!
On the inside I stamped the sentiment from Uptown Girl Posh has a Present and added some patterned paper and the Steel Grey Mini Monarch Border.
Here's the sketch and the Paper Players Tic Tac Toe challenge:
Here are the Die-namics I used:
