Sweet Sunday Frosty

It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge, SSSC169.

I used Pure Innocence Frosty and Fabulous from My Favorite Things to create card #32 for Project Christmas 2012. With Christmas less than 3 months away I'm super happy that I've been making holiday cards all year long. In case you haven't started yet, it's never too late! ;-)

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black and paper pieced his hat with one of the patterns from the My Mind's Eye 12 Days of Christmas collection. I added a little more shading with copic markers and covered his scarf with Fruit Punch Stickles.

I used the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics to cut out the Merry Christmas patterned paper and the Wonky Scallop Border Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth card stock adds a nice accent under the blue layer. The background Pink Lemonade layer was embossed with the Cuttlebug Swirls folder before I added three white brads.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from the set and added a few strips of paper.

I hope you'll play along with this week's sketch and link your creation on Karen's blog. Now it's time to hop around and see what the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers created.
