Fore You!

Welcome to day one of seven fabulous days of MFT teasers!!!

We're starting off with the new Who's That Girl? Plays Golf set. It's perfect for the golfer in your life and the sentiments are tee-rific!!!

Check out that woodgrain paper behind her...that was cut out with the new Designer Labels 1 STAX Die-namics...LOVE!!! I also used the new Mini Scallop Edge Die-namics die to cut out the fossil strips on either side of the floral patterned paper. The new Squiggle Border Die-namics was perfect for cutting out wild cherry felt to create the little tee holder, and do you see that small rose? That's the larger size of the new Mini Royal Roses Die-namics.

I wanted to paper piece her shirt so in my world she's wearing a sleeveless shirt, which makes paper piecing a snap. I used the My Mind's Eye Dilly Dally collection of patterned papers.

On the inside I used the Designer Labels 1 STAX again to cut out the main panel and I stamped another sentiment from the set.

    Wonderful card. I love the colors, your paper piecing and shading are very nice. The red elements used really makes the whole card pop. I am going to keep this card idea as an inspiration...

    Holy shades of golf Batman! I love the plaid shirt, so accurate - and the polka dotted gloves -- of course, what else would a golfer wear with plaid! Excellent!

    I love how the embossed Swiss Dot background seems to be carried to the forefront and echoed by that beautiful, scarlet polka dot glove, which once again repeats the delicate spotted pattern. So lovely!

    Your card is stunning! Love all of it -especially the red polka dot glove...why don't they sell those as the clubhouse store? They would make big bucks!!! :)
