It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge, SSSC220.
I made this card for my dad but it's not a birthday card. You see, he's an optometrist (hence the patterned paper with eye glasses on it) and he still works one day a week. Well this week the office is having a special luncheon in his honour, celebrating his 60th year in business. How cool is that!! He's been doing the same job for sixty years and he still enjoys going to work! He's awesome!
I used the By the Numbers Die-namics to cut out the green polka dot paper and stamped the word "years" using the Typewriter Alphabet (which is no longer available from MFT). I used the rectangle panel on the sketch for a sentiment that I think is perfectly fitting for the occasion!
I hope you'll play along with this week's sketch and link your creation on Karen's blog. Now it's time to hop around and see what the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers created.
