MFTeaser - Let's Hang Out

Welcome to day four of seven fabulous days of MFT teasers!

Today I have a fun Halloween card to share, that I created using the new Spider Web Stamps and Die-namics.

There's very little stamping here...it's mostly made from Die-namics dies, which  means it came together really quickly. Yay!

I started with papers from the Echo Park Chillingsworth Manor collection. I used a black and white patterned paper to cut out the spider web and thought the orange polka dot paper was fun for the spider. I couldn't resist adding some googlie eyes! I used the Chat Bubbles Die-namics to cut out the Grape Jelly strip for the sentiment and tucked the end under a big Steel Grey button, which I tied with Lilac twine.

The Picket Fence was cut out of Steel Grey card stock then I used the High Rise Lowercase Alphabet Die-namics to cut out the Orange Fizz "boo" letters. I turned the letters into faux epoxy stickers by first covering them with Star Dust Stickles. Once that was completely dry I coated them with a generous layer of Glossy Accents. I love the dimension and sparkle!

  16. It's a given that I love this card not just 'cause it's Halloween BUT because of the fab colours, the cute spotted spider, that big button in the web and those BOO letters look good enough to eat! They remind me of those sour sugary candies and I love the "orange fizz" name - perfect = just like a sour candy!! :)
