I created an adorable friend card using the super amazing new Wendy Burns Designs Stylish Friends stamp set...SWOON!!! No, wait, DOUBLE SWOON!!! ;-)
Oh. Em. Gee. I adore these girls and the sayings are just SO perfect!!! I started with a Sweet Tooth card base the added a layer of Kraft. I used the houndstooth from Large Scale Backgrounds (this month's Free with $60 stamp set), stamped with Kraft Premium Dye Ink, to add pattern along the left side. I added a narrow strip of Razzle Berry cardstock along the left edge to coordinate with her pretty top.
I stamped one of the girls from Stylish Friends with Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloured her with copic markers. I added the dots to her neck scarf with a copic multiliner and added sparkle to her headband with a pink Spica glitter pen. She's mounted her on foam tape for dimension.
Along the bottom of the card I used the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics to cut out the Sweet Tooth and Berrylicious flags, then I stamped the sentiment with Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I used the new Flying Butterflies Die-namics to cut out Pink Lemonade and Razzle Berry butterflies then strategically placed them on the Kraft layer.
On the inside I stamped two more sentiments from Stylish Friends and added a few more butterflies.
