I played along with the Bellariffic Friday challenge this week...it was another fabulous sketch. I recently received a bunch of new stamps from Stamping Bella and Uptown Girl Ava Loves to Celebrate seemed absolutely perfect for the sketch.
I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-Press It Blending Card then coloured her with copic markers. I paper pieced her dress with one of the patterns from the Authentique Renew collection. I added a little sparkle to the cake thanks to a Spica glitter pen but it doesn't really show up in the photo. I used my Circle 1 STAX and Circle 2 STAX Die-namics to cut out the image panel and the Steel Grey circle.
I used my Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and the Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics to cut out the Whip Cream and Sage Shadow flags then stamped the sentiment from Vintage Cameo Sentiments using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I added a flower accent by using the Layered Rose Die-namics to cut out the text paper then I topped it with a Banana Split button.
Hop on over to the Stamping Bella Blog to see all of this week's entries.
Here are the supplies I used:
