Sweet Sunday Scoring

ETA: OMG!!! That was an exciting game!!! A total nail biter right down to the clincher in overtime. I'm so happy for Team Canada...Wooo Hooo...14 gold medals for Canada in these Winter Olympics!!! But I have to say, if there was a tournament MVP it would be the US goalie Ryan Miller, IMHO...he was so consistent the entire time, like a wall in front of the net!  Phew...I can breathe again.....    :)

Or at least I hope it'll be Sweet Sunday Scoring for Team Canada in the gold medal hockey game today!!! I'm already getting nervous for the game and it's still 4 hours away! I think that regardless of who wins (of course I'm cheering for Canada, but if Canada wasn't in the game I'd be cheering for the USA) it's going to be one of the most amazing games ever, and best of all, both countries will be adding one last medal to their medal counts!
I couldn't let today slide by without making one last Canadian card, and my friend Nancy designed a few more Canadian images so I decided to use the Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC58, again. The mitts and hat are covered with Rockstar Red Sparkly Fluff. If you'd like these images simply visit Nancy's blog, Card Worthy, and you can email her for the file. Thank you Nancy!!!

So dinner's in the crock pot and my Olympic mittens are on the couch waiting for me...tick tock tick tock...now we wait! In fact, I'm sure two great nations are waiting not so patiently for this game...talk about excitement to top off the Winter Olympics!!!

Sweet Sunday Cupcakes

It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC58. You'll find the sketch on Karen Giron's blog, The Sweetest Thing.

I've been a bit of a slacker the last two weeks with my Christmas cards because I've been glued to the tv watching the Olympics (I have the gold medal men's curling on right now as I type this...Go Canada!) so I decided to use today's sketch for my Christmas-card-of-the-week.
I combined images from Season's Sweetings and Home Sweet Home, both from Taylored Expressions. Each Cuppie is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream and coloured with copics. Then I cut them out and popped them onto squares of Prism Blush Red Dark. I ran the red squares through my Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder.

The blue snowflake paper is from my October Afternoon Good Cheer 8x8 pack and I layered it onto pink pirouette. There's a ghost snowflake hiding in the cluster of embellishments and a few buttons finish the details along the green glimmer twill.
I know the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers have fabulous eye candy to share so let's hop along and visit their blogs.

A Bellarific Winner!

Happy Bellarific Friday everyone!!! The theme for this week was Winter/Winter Sports in honour of the Winter Olympics. Didja play along? Huh...didja???   :)
When the theme was first announced my mind immediately went to DaisyboardaBella but I knew I could come up with something else if I looked carefully through my six Bella Bindahs (yes...six...and they're overflowing...I'll be needing another very soon!). Then I found First-place-aBella...wooo hoooo!!!! With the way Canada's been performing in these Olympics, this image is absolutely perfect!

I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Bella's Bestest Cream Paper and coloured her with copics. Now, I realize she's dressed more like a summer Olympian but I'm thinking that she's just had the best competition of her life...she was on fire actually, and she was so hot that she had to strip off her competition outfit for the medal ceremony...wink! (Maybe she's one of the players from the Canadian Women's Hockey team that wond GOLD last night!!!) Bella is cut out with Labels 8 Nestabilities then I hand cut the blue mat and left the nestie in place while I pierced around the edge.

My fellow Babe Joanneabella is having a huge blog candy giveaway with challenges and this week's challenge is to use sewing and Kraft cardstock on your card...hence my colour combo. I don't often use Kraft but I really should reach for it more often...maybe I'll keep a piece on my table to remind me. The patterned paper is from my October Afternoon Good Cheer 8x8 pack. I like to think the sheet music is for O' Canada (but I know it's not). I stitched the ribbon into pleats but then covered most of it up...doh! And I've been wanting to do one of the fabulous flowers I see in blog land so I went for it on this card...it's to mimic the lovely bouquet she's holding. I used this tutorial on Mercy's Blog and I really love how it turned out with a mix of the two patterned papers. I finished the card with a sentiment banner tucked under the flower.

Next week's Bellarific Friday Challenge is Polka Dots - Big or Small We Love Them All!!! Email your submission to Em (emily@stampingbella.com) by next Thursday evening to be included in the weekly round-up and you may just win some Bella Bucks for participating!

I'm looking forward to seeing all this week's entries on Bloggabella. I hope you'll join me there and leave some love while you're there for another chance at winning Bella Bucks!

True North Strong and Free

My super talented designer friend Nancy McKinney at Card Worthy created some fun Canadian digi images and she's giving them away on her blog!!! So if you're feeling a little patriotic, like I am, then pop over and grab the freebies! This is just three of the images/sentiments in the PDF download. I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge, MTSC62, for the layout.

Canada had an amazing day at the Olympics yesterday with four medals, two in the women's bobsled!!! Wooo Hoooo!!! Then our men's hockey team looked like someone lit a fire under they're butts in the game again Russia, with a 7-3 win. The Canada-Russia hockey rivalry goes back decades and this is the first time Canada has beaten Russia in hockey at the Olympics in fifty years!!! Go Team!!! I'm just thankful to CNBC that they're broadcasting the games here in the US because I'll be glued to my tv again Friday night for the semi-final game. I'm keeping my fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed that the finals on Sunday will be a re-match of Canada vs USA. And the Canadian women's hockey team plays for gold tonight against the USA. Go Canada Go!!! And I can't forget about the women's figure skating free skate tonight...I'm rooting for Joannie Rochette all the way. She's so inspiring to be able to skate such a wonderful program so recently after the death of her mother...that is Olympic strength!!! Gosh...I'm gonna need multiple tv's going at once! I can't DVR anything either because I'm taping Grey's and my other regular shows...perhaps I'll get my excercise tonight running from room to room watching different tvs!  :)

Happy Henrietta

The weather's so dreary here today with lots of rain and fog and I'm trying to brighten it up a little with some vibrant colours. Last time I checked the calendar it was still February so what's up with the rain? Hello...Mother Nature...it's still winter! We should be getting snow not rain!
But seriously...dreary day or not, can anyone resist the sweet innocent expression of Henrietta Lulu from Stamping Bella? I certainly couldn't resist her today so she's taking center stage.

I stamped Henrietta with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Bella's Bestest Paper then coloured her with copics. I added a little sparkle with orange and fuschia Spica glitter pens. I {heart} my Spica pens...they never 'take over' an image and always have just the perfect subtle sparkle. Then I glossed up her locks with my black Glaze pen...doesn't her hair look so healthy and shiny?!?

I chose my marker colours based on papers from the Basic Grey Indian Summer collection and I decided to layer with black to make it pop. I layered the patterned strip with white though to add a little softness. The base colour is SU melon mambo. A few Primas from my stash and a black button finish the card nicely and hide the edge of my sentiment banner.

This week's Bellarific Friday Challenge is a Winter/Winter Sports theme in celebration of the Winter Olympics. Email your submissions to Em by Thursday night to be incuded in the weekly round-up and for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Shadowed Flowers

Here's a card I made a while ago but haven't shared here yet. I sent this to a friend as a sympathy card and I hope it brought a smile to her face.

I used Discover Your Wings from Taylored Expressions and broke out my embossing powder and kraft cardstock. I first stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black onto kraft cardstock, let it dry a few minutes then I stamped it again with Versamark. I used my stamp-a-majig to position the second image just slightly up and to the right of the black image. Then I embossed with vanilla powder. The end result is a slight shadow effect that gives the image nice dimension.

The layout is a past sketch from the CCEE Stampers blog. I paired the kraft cardstock with Choice Buttercream and a soft coral patterned paper from My Mind's Eye. I added a little stitching and pattern with a Cuttlebug folder before tying the vanilla bow. I only had white Kaisercraft pearls, which were too stark, so I coloured them with a copic before adding them to the card.

Did you watch the USA-Canada hockey game last night! I was glued to the TV the entire game. Oh my goodness it was an exciting game and so quick paced too! Sadly Canada lost 5-3 but the US goalie, Ryan Miller, was amazing in net...he won it for them IMHO! While the US team rests I'll be cheering for Canada in their next few games...oh wait...I won't see those games living here in the US...doh! Then I'll be getting the updates from my BFF and hopefully we'll see a re-match in the finals! By the way, I want to say thank you to those of you who suggested websites to help me keep up with the Olympics...much appreciated!  :)

Sweet Sunday Swinging

It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC57. You'll find the sketch on Karen Giron's blog, The Sweetest Thing.
For my card today I reached for one of the adorable Pure Innocence girls from My Favourite Things. This one is called Start Every Day With Whee. We had a fabulous swing set in the back yard growing up...a really big set and we could swing super high on it! I still love swinging...wait, that doesn't sound right at all! LOL!!

She's stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream and coloured with copics. For the sentiment I simply inked only the last part, the "whee", with a black marker before stamping it in the circle. I decided to go a little crazy with the stripes in the background. Divide and conquer I say! Charge forward...don't be afraid of the 5 stripes Karen is challenging us with this week! I went wild and used all patterned paper for the stripes...no solids...told ya I was livin' on the edge! Really though, they make coordinating paper packs for a reason, right? All the patterned papers are from October Afternoon's Farm Fresh 8x8 pad. Instead of just leaving them straight across I added a little whimsy by cutting them on angles. Then I stitched them all together and layered them onto Prism Island Mist Light the Suede Brown Dark. I added a fun chocolate bow to finish it off.

I hope you'll play along with this week's sketch and link your creation using the Mr. Linky on Karen's blog. I can't wait to see what the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers came up with for this week's sketch!

February 20th Key Ingredients from Taylored Expressions

It's time for the monthly Key Ingredients from Taylored Expressions. Are you a KI subscriber? If so then you've probably already received your February 20th Key Ingredients kit. Isn't it gorgeous!!!! All that black and white paper with vibrant colours...the possibilities are endless!!! Taylor challenged us to create a set of cards that's predominently black and white with pops of colour. Well, I couldn't decide which colour to use so my set contains one card with each of the colours.

This first set of cards uses the brand new Monogram download available at Taylored Expressions today.
I tell ya, Taylor knows how to do things right! The Monogram download includes several circular and square monograms for each letter, with four different frame styles for each shape. And, there's a sheet of blank frames too so you can add any image or letter you want. I used the square Monograms and just trimmed them with my scissors, but the circular Monograms are designed to work with the 1 3/4" circle punch. These Monograms are so quick and easy to use!

Here's a close up of one of the cards. I paired the "T" Monogram with a Thank You sentiment from Branching Out.
Do you see the strip of black ribbon? Well, one of the ribbons included in the kit is actually black with white polka dots, but I wanted solid black ribbon for these cards so I simply flipped it over and used the 'wrong' side of the ribbon. I was quite pleased with myself for thinking of that! LOL!!

I just couldn't stop creating with this beautiful Key Ingredients kit so for my next set of cards I paired Discover Your Wings with the February 20th KI to create a set of cards for the Dragonfly Card Drive.
You may have read about the card drive on Taylor's blog yesterday...if not you'll find all the details in this post. Taylor is collecting dragonfly cards to donate to Sanford Medical Center. The dragonfly is a symbol of hope for families who have lost a child during childbirth or in the early stages of life. You may use ANY dragonfly images for your cards...it's not limited to TE images. There are prizes involved too, and you have until March 25th to get your cards sent in. Again...all the details are in this post.
Here's a close up of the dragonfly detail. I layered two dragonflies, adhering only the bodies, so I could bend the wings up for dimension. I also added Diamond Stickles to the swirls on the wings to make them sparkle.

I could have kept on creating with the February 20th Key Ingredients but I simply ran out of time. I think this is my favourite KI to date, and that really surprised me! Who knew I was such a fan of black & white! I did add some sheets of Choice White from my stash because I wanted all the card bases to be white, but other than that, all the supplies are from the KI.

Are you still on the fence about whether to become a Key Ingredients Subscriber? Well here are just a few of the benefits of being a Suscriber:
-Store Discount: save 10% on orders placed between the 10th-14th of the month to be combined with your Key Ingredients shipment at no extra shipping charge.
-Exclusive kits: the monthly Key Ingredients kits are only available to subscribers and are no longer available for purchase in the TE Store.
-Monthly Challenges: On the 20th of each month Taylor posts a challenge on her blog for all KI Subscribers and you're invited to play along with the Baker's Dozen.
Please visit the Key Ingredients website for all the fabulous details on why you should become a Subscriber. Have I told you lately how much I {heart} all my Key Ingredients kits?!?  :)

Now it's time to visit some of the other Baker's Dozen for more inspiration with the February 20th Key Ingredients.

Gossiping Bella

Happy Bellarific Friday!!! This week was a colour challenge...pink, orange and turquoise. Hmmm...I think I've discovered that colour challenges are my least favourite type of challenge. Oh well, I persevered and created a card with my fun Gossipabella (which includes the sentiment) from Stamping Bella.
This will likely be me later today as I chat with my Mom and wish her happy birthday! My family all got together last weekend to celebrate...sometimes it's a bummer living so far away from everyone. Holy I sound like Debbie Downer today...sorry 'bout that...didn't mean to...let me pick it up a little.   :)

I stamped Gossipabella with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Bella's Bestest Paper and coloured her with copics. Then I cut her out with Labels Nine nestabilities and pierced around the edge. When I pierce odd shapes like this I simply leave the nesties in place and use the inside edge as a guide for placing my holes. The spacing between holes is completely eye-balled. Just make sure when you're piercing like this to hold onto both the nesties and the image so it doesn't slip...ask me how I know...wink!

For the sentiment I simply stamped it onto a scrap of pink pirouette then cut it up into pieces to fit in the open space on the image panel. I used my big Coluzzle circle to cut out the orange polka dot paper since none of my nesties were large enough. Then I layered some baja blue and stitched it to more pink, then adhered it all to the white card base. I debated placing ribbon somewhere but it just wasn't looking right to me so I opted for pink Glitter Dots instead.

Next week's Bellarific Challenge is a Winter/Winter Sports theme in celebration of the Olympics. Go team Go!!! Email your submissions to Em by Thursday night to be included in next Friday's round-up. You could win Bella Bucks just for playing in the challenge!

Now let's hop over to Bloggabella and see the rest of this week's submissions. Don't forget to comment while you're there for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

The Games Continue...

I'm talking about the Olympic games of course. Did you watch yesterday? WOW it was an amazing day for the US favourites on the slopes, in the halfpipe and on the oval.
I simply HAD to make a card to celebrate their incredible successes!!! Seriously...Shaun White defies gravity with the big air in the halfpipe! I was so glad he did his super-duper-top-secret-never-before-seen trick during his victory run even though he'd already won the gold. Talk about a crowd pleaser!!! And Lindsey Vonn had an amazing run despite her shin injury. And Shani Davis...he can skate!!! I could practically feel the power as he pulled away and skated to gold. Oh My Goodness!!! A BIG congratulations to ALL the athletes...you're so amazing and inspiring!!! I'm watching the women's halfpipe as I type this up.
I pulled out my Daisyboard-aBella image for this card. She's stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Bella's Bestest Paper and coloured with copics. I paper pieced her pants and vest...good thing it's warm enough in BC for her to be wearing a vest! LOL!!! I added a little fluff to her hat and boots with white Liquid Appliquee coverd in glitter then I 'waxed' up her snowboard with my clear Glaze pen.

The patterned papers are from the SU Ski Slope collection. I couldn't resist using it...the name is just perfect for this celebratory card!!! I kept plenty of white on this card because it's the Winter Olympics and there's so much snow everywhere. Some Glitter dots create the ring around the image and I finished it with a baja blue ribbon.
During the opening ceremonies, when I saw the Canadians wearing the fun red mitts with the maple leaf on the palm, I called my BFF and immediately asked her to pick me up a pair. Well, little did I know that there was already a pair on it's way to me and they arrived today!!! I'm so excited to wear them! Thanks so much Dana, you're the BEST!!!!
Just one more thing to talk about in this post. My fellow Bella Babe Joanne is having a fun Blogaversary celebration with three weeks of challenges. This card is my entry for the first week's challenge...paper piecing. Go have a peek and play along...she's got some awesome candy to give away!

Go Canada Go!!!

I've become a total TV junkie watching the Olympics, and I don't even really like watching sports on tv. I love live sports, but I can't help catching the Olympic fever!!! After all, Canada's the host and I AM Canadian!!! (oooh, I should have spelled that with different colours the way they do in the Molson beer add...LOL!!!).

In case you hadn't heard, Canada won it's second gold medal yesterday, in women's Snowboard Cross. Woo Hoo Maelle Ricker...WAY TO GO!!!
Yes, I'm a complete nerd and I took a picture of the tv screen at the end of the run!!! Talk about a super cool sport though...OMG...they literally fly down that course and really catch air on the jumps. But I'm finding the tv coverage here to be pretty pathetic...I'm wishing I'd planned my trip to visit my BFF for now instead of March, because in Canada they have coverage of the Olympics pretty much 24/7 on three different channels (and no, that's not just because the Games are in Canada...there's always great coverage). She called me this afternoon as the Snowboard Cross was happening and I told me we'd won the gold, and I knew I'd have to wait til tonight to see the run televised...boo! But, at least it was televised here even though there weren't any US boarders in the finals.
When Dana told me about the gold medal I knew I had to ink up my Canadian Girl and make a card to celebrate. I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch, MTSC61, for the layout.

She's stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White and coloured with copics. The patterned paper is from October Afternoon's Night Lite collection and the solids are real red and a little black thrown in for contrast (I know it's not an official Canadian colour but hey, Ricker's snowboard pants were black so I figure it was acceptable). The word Canada is a stamp I picked up in the $ bin at Micheals a couple years ago (in Canada) and I spelled "go" with white American Craft Thickers. A little sewing and a big red bow finish the details.
Are you watching the Olympics? Is it me or does there seem to be more action in the Winter Olympics? I guess I'm really a Canadian girl at heart because I find the Winter Olympics way more fun to watch than the Summer Olympics. So who are you cheering for? Whomever it is, I say "Go Team Go!!!".

You're Tea-riffic!

It's a snowy Tuesday here in New England, perfect IMHO, to hunker down in my stamp room.  :)
I was a little afraid when I saw this week's Mojo sketch, Mojo126. I wasn't even sure if I'd give it a try, but as you can see, I tried and succeeded! I started with the darling Scarlett the Teacup Girl image from Stamping Bella and paired her with some pretty Vintage Valentine patterned paper.

Scarlett is perfect for lots of dimension so I stamped her three times with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Bella's Bestest Paper. I coloured the images with copics then did some detail cutting and popped the cup, then popped the flower on the cup. Oh, and I popped the flowers in her hair too. I added a layer of clear Glaze pen to the cup then a cocoa Glitter dot to the flower center.
The solid layers are SU blush blossom, Prism suede brown medium, Prism blush red light, and Prism razzleberry medium. I ran the one rectangle strip through my swiss dots Cuttlebug folder then inked the raised dots with Memento Desert Sand. I created a "faux-poxy" sentiment sticker by simply coating the circle with two layers of clear Glaze pen...presto!...customized epoxy sticker look!
This card has a collage/vintage feel to me. It's not usually my style but I'm quite pleased with the result. My favourite part though is all the dimension...I wish you could see it IRL!  :)

I'm heading outside to snap a few pictures of the snowy trees. They look gorgeous...like a winter wonderland!

Celebrating 100 Sketches at TE

You know how much I love sketches, well Taylored Expressions is celebrating the 100th sketch challenge!!! Woo hoo!!! Congratulations Taylor...that's a lot of fabulous sketches!!!
Of course every celebration needs a prize, eh! First, grab the sketch celebration badge from Taylor's blog. One random winner will be chosen from everyone who helps spread the love. Read the contest details on Taylor's blog. Another way to win is by playing along with the sketch challenge. Simply link your project using the Mr. Linky on Taylor's blog before Friday, Feb 19th at 8am PST. Five winners will be chosen to win a $25 TE gift certificate. So grab your stamps and play along!!!
For my card I wanted to make a birthday card. I've had this idea in my head ever since I received my Animals in Love stamps. I paired the Turtles in Love with Beary Special Accessories for this delightful card. I love looking at images, letting my imagination take over, and coming up with other ways to use them.

I masked off the other turtle and the hearts then I stamped the single turtle with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White. I used my stamp-a-majig to position the balloon exactly where I wanted it. Then I used a combination of paper piecing and colouring with copic markers to finish the image.
The patterned papers are from My Mind's Eye Brilliant collection. I ran the plaid paper through my swiss dots Cuttlebug folder and sanded the dots for a little texture. The solids are Prism intense kiwi, intense teal, and suede brown dark. I added a little "tag" sentiment topped with a green glimmer twill bow then finished the card with three brown brads. I think this card will be going to my dad in March.  :)

Sweet Sunday Skiing Snowman

It's time for this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC56. You'll find the sketch on Karen Giron's blog, The Sweetest Thing.
I know it's Valentine's day, so happy Heart Day everyone! But I'm moving on from the lovey dovey cards. Can you tell what inspired my card today??? The Olympics baby!!! They're in my home country of Canada and I'm definitely watching even though we are living in the US now. I'll give you one guess what sport was on when I chose the image for my card today...that's right...skiing! The moguls, to be exact.

Isn't this little skiing snowman totally adorable?!? I picked him up a few months ago from Whipper Snapper and I've just been waiting for the perfect opportunity to ink him up. He's stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White and coloured with copics. I wanted him to shimmer like snow does in sunshine so I coloured over him with my clear Spica glitter pen. Then I added a layer of clear Glaze pen to his goggles and four Tiny Twinkles for his buttons.

He's layered onto Prism island mist light and the snowflake squares are Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly paper. I stitched them onto a layer of blush red dark. Then I added my fave winter embellishment, a layered ghost snowflake. Oh, I should say that this is also my Christmas-card-of-the-week.  :)

I hope you'll play along with this week's sketch and link your creation using the Mr. Linky widget on Karen Giron's blog.

Now let's go see what the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers have created with this week's sketch.

Love Me Do Bella Blog Hop

Welcome to the Love Me Do blog hop sponsored by Stamping Bella! Did you hop over from the uber talented Jeanie? If not, you can start the hop on Bloggabella to see all the eye candy.
Wowzers! Are your fingers sore from all that hopping? Thanks so much for sticking it out to the end because I have a fun card to share and a little tip at the end too. I couldn't resist pairing up Landon and Hannah Lollipop for a sweet lovey couple.
The images are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Bella's Bestest Paper and coloured with copics. His shirt and her dress and bow are paper pieced using patterns from my October Afternoon Cherry Hill papers. I layered the panels with riding hood red and basic grey then added a little stitching. I tucked the sentiment under the grey bow and finished the card with two Glitter Dots.

Now let me show you how I made Landon Lollipop taller. I started by stamping Hannah, then I stamped Landon onto an imaging sheet for my stamp-a-majig. You can see that if I place him so they're holding hands, his legs are too short and their feet don't line up. It looks like he's levitating!
So I cleaned my stamp, inked up the top part of Landon, including part of his legs, and stamped him beside Hannah.
Then I cleaned my stamp and inked up his legs and feet. I used my stamp-a-majig to line up and "grow" his legs. Presto...a taller Landon!
There's a $25 Bella Bucks prize hidden somewhere along the hop and one lucky commenter will be randomly chosen as the winner. The winner will be announced next Friday in the Stamping Bella Forum on Splitcoast.

I'm the last stop on the hop. Thanks for stopping by!

Bellarific Valentine Wishes

Happy Bellarific Friday!!! This week's challenge was a Valentine, or lovey-dovey theme.
I reached for my sweet ApteeTude image from Stamping Bella. The poor little thing has been uninked since I bought her way back when she was released. I know...that's criminal!!!

So I stamped her with Memento Tuxedo Black ink twice onto Bella's Bestest Cream Paper and coloured her with copics. I cut out the string of hearts (along with her hands and the scissors), covered the hearts with my clear Glaze pen then popped them for dimension.

The patterned paper is My Mind's Eye Be Loved collection and I paired with Prism solids in blush red light, suede brown medium and classic red. I decided to live on the edge a little and stitched with brown thread instead of white! LOL!!! I really like how it turned out!!! The sentiment was calling out for a fun banner and I added two ruby red Bonbons to anchor it.

All the submissions are posted on Bloggabella and they're all so fabulous. You simply must hop over and take a peek! Tomorrow is the Stamping Bella Love Me Do blog hop. It starts at 11am EST on Bloggabella so I'll see you there!!!

Oh, and next week's Bellarific Friday challenge is a colour challenge. Here it is....light blue, orange and pink. Email your submissions to Em by next Thursday night.  :)
